My Dad is not very tech savvy lol, so he asked me to post this review on his behalf. He had a great experience working with Alyssa, Lauren and Sua. He doesnt travel very often and Had lots of questions and needed assistance. They were patient, friendy and extremely helpful. Thank you ladies very much!
This was a great stay, the location is perfect there’s so many things to do and eat around this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and the hotel was very clean and modern. The pool was clean and well maintained.
This is a very pleasant place to stay. Connected to a mall with shopping and food available. I want to put out a big appreciation out to Folake at the front desk. She is amazing, she went above and beyond her duties to help me. She is an awesome person and employee. Thank you so much for all your help. I will be back to stay again.
Everything was great, except the breakfast. The room was clean, bed was comfy, everything was in working order, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast would have been fine, had it been included with the stay (it was very similar to many of the more budget friendly hotels' continental breakfasts), but for the additional money my expectations were higher. Again, it was fine but not 5 star worthy.
Perfect location when visiting Clifton Park or taking day trips to Saratoga Springs. Breakfast isn't free but the buffet is all you can eat and very reasonable. The bar/restaurant is great also. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Clean suites that are spacious. Staff was friendly. They also allowed us to check out a couple hours late, which I appreciated.
Was having trouble finding a room for a concert Saratoga Springs, happened upon this hotel. Fantastic, spacious room, better price than all previous locations we tried, and fit us in. Plus great amenities all around. I will aim for this place every time in the future.
